Orders are normally received by customer in about 2-5 days after the item(s) have been shipped. Items are normally shipped the next business day. Orders with more than one item may be shipped in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. Orders will only be shipped within the Continental U.S.   

     If an order is refused upon delivery or the shipping address is incorrect or not valid you will be responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15% of order price.

Charge Back

     If a charge back should occur  you will be charged $35.00 dollar recovery fee. Reyes Industries proprietor of Toyz4Petz.com will exercise any legal action necessary to recover all fees including any additional court and or legal representaion/consultation fees if necessary.

Non-Sufficiant Funds(NSF)

     If non-sufficiant funds should occur you will be charged $35.00 dollar NSF fee. Reyes Industries proprietor of Toyz4Petz.com will exercise any legal action necessary to recover all fees including any additional court and or legal representation/consultation fees if necessary.

Sales Tax

     Sales tax will be added at a rate of 6% to orders with a Michigan address as requried by the state of Michigan.

Order Confirmation

     Order confirmation will be sent via e-mail.

Order Tracking

     An order tracking number will also be sent to you. Orders can be tracked by using the tracking tool located in the navagation area of this web-page "Track Your Order". 

Order Cancellations

      Toyz4Petz.Com ships most orders next day, you must notify us before 5:00 p.m. EST of the same day, if you wish to cancel your order. If your order was placed after 5:00 p.m. EST  you must notify us before 3:00 p.m. EST of the following day for any cancellations.

Return Policy

     Excluded items for Return.

• Distroyed/damaged items by you or your pet.
• Food items.
• Clearance items.
• Opened packaging.

     Returned item must.

• Be unopened and in original packaging in tact.
• Be received within 15 days from the date of purchase.

For your assurance returned merchandise is received, we suggest that you send it via US Postal, UPS or FED-EX with insured delivery. All returned shipping paid by customer.

Return Instruction

     You must first contact us for a Return Authorization Approval Number, you return will be refused without an authorization code clearly written on your return package. It must be clear and legiable. We reserve the right to refuse any return shipments without an authorization return code clearly written.

Damaged Shipments

     Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for instructions . We will send out a replacement once we obtain a claim approval number from our shipping company usually in about 48-72 hours. Note: keep all packaging and paper work for processing shipping claims.
